A Maxi-catamaran puts on a show at the “Voiles de Saint Tropez”.
As part of their incentive operation, a major insurance brand chose our maxi-catamaran to invite 28 people to the heart of the “Voiles de Saint Tropez”.
After an early check-in at the port of Sainte Maxime with a European breakfast served on board the catamaran by the crew, our guests were able to watch the start of the races as VIPs.
From century-old yachts like the Moonbeam III and IV, which are vying for the title of traditional sailing yacht, to the 12MJIs in the Americas’ Cup, to the impressive Wallys, including Better Place, with its 50m carbon hull packed with the latest equipment and luxury finishings, visitors will not have had enough of a single day to admire the 300 or so yachts present in Saint Tropez.
If ‘Les Voiles’ is an event in its own right, it’s also because of the atmosphere in the village and on the beaches of Pamplona, the place chosen by our customers for their lunch stopover.
As the wind died down and the racers headed back to port, our maxi-catamaran continued its cruise with a host of activities including kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkelling at some of the must-see sites in the area. We returned to port under motor, but with our hearts full of sails!
